International K9 was founded with a singular mission: to provide world-class training and highly personalized service for clients seeking exceptional standards in canine obedience, protection, and tracking. A substantial part of Steve’s expertise was cultivated through extensive training in Germany, where he worked alongside some of the industry’s top trainers. His international network has since expanded to include clientele in South America, Venezuela, the Bahamas, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
Steve Blair is also recognized as a trusted consultant and expert witness in police dog cases, offering specialized testimony in complex legal matters. His reputation for discretion and reliability has led to assignments involving emergency security and protection needs for high-profile clients, including diplomats and public figures. This includes providing expertly trained protection dogs to clients such as the Honduran diplomat to the United States, among others.In line with his commitment to providing exceptional service, Steve is embarking on a groundbreaking project — the development of a state-of-the-art boarding facility unlike any other. Designed to provide a luxurious and comforting home-like environment, each kennel will be staged as a cozy living space, allowing dogs to feel at ease while away from their owners. Clients will also have the unique ability to monitor their dogs remotely, providing peace of mind and a closer connection while their pets are in Steve’s care. This innovative concept is poised to redefine the boarding experience, setting a new standard in canine care.
Our Goals & Results
If your dog has specific problems, we can correct them for you. Problems such as, under-socialization, digging, biting, barking, jumping, or chewing can all be corrected when the dog is shown the positive way to behave in a situation. The problems are fixed by establishing a line of communication through obedience and showing the dog what TO DO rather than what NOT TO DO. This method of training allows the dog to gravitate to the reward of behaving correctly rather behaving out of fear of discipline.
